The olde English beer was introduced back in 1964 in America. This beer is one of those early malt liquors of America. Several companies have taken over this liquor over these years and finally in 1999 Miller company got the ownership. In the same year Conan O’Brien gave 40 of it to Martha Stewart on TV. OE is the colloquial name of  Olde English beer and it contained the highest level of alcohol which was 7.5% beating Colt 45’s of 5.6% and St. Ides of 7.3%.
