The olde English beer was introduced back in 1964 in America. This beer is one of those early malt liquors of America. Several companies have taken over this liquor over the years and finally, in 1999 Miller Company got ownership. In the same year, Conan O’Brien gave 40 of it to Martha Stewart on TV. This is one of those oldest beers that contained high-alcohol content before craft beer hit the market. OE is the colloquial name of  Olde English beer and it contained the highest level of alcohol which was 7.5% beating Colt 45’s at 5.6% and St. Ides’ at 7.3%.
